We have two options for registration and payment of the conference fee.
1- You may download and print a registration form HERE and send it along with payment in the form of a check. Alternatively, you may send or fax the paper form and submit payment via PayPal, as described below.
2- You may email us the following information and submit the conference fee via our secure account on PayPal.

The conference rate is $209.00 + tax and resort fee per night.
This is a special rate for this symposium and available only until March 30, 2011. Please make your reservations early as rooms will be limited. This rate will increase significantly after the deadline.
